Independent wrestler Jeff Cannonball has died at the age of 39 after battling ALS, according to Fightful and Ringside News. He had publicly revealed his diagnosis in May 2025 and spent more than a year fighting the disease.
Cannonball’s wife, Terra Calaway, shared news of his passing on social media. Ringside News noted that he wrestled for a number of promotions throughout his career, including MLW, GCW and Beyond Wrestling.
Details surrounding his final days have not been fully disclosed, and the wrestling community has begun paying tribute to a performer widely respected on the independent scene.
