The Knockout Brothers are tag team champions once again. At New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Road to King of Pro-Wrestling event, Yuto Ice and OSKAR defeated Great-O-Khan and HENARE to regain the IWGP Tag Team Championships, according to Fightful.
The title match lasted nearly 35 minutes before the Knockout Brothers secured the win with their finishing move, the KOB, Fightful reported.
Fightful described the contest as a hard-hitting affair, with Great-O-Khan and HENARE unable to hold off the challengers after an extended battle for the gold.
The victory marks a return to the top of NJPW’s tag division for Yuto Ice and OSKAR, who now carry the IWGP Tag Team Championships as the Road to King of Pro-Wrestling build continues toward the promotion’s King of Pro-Wrestling event.
