Ravidness Championship promotion Maryland Championship Wrestling has announced the death of Jose “Jacobs” Trujillo at the age of 30, according to Ringside News.
MCW shared the news in a statement, saying, “MCW Pro Wrestling is saddened to learn of the passing of Jose ‘Jacobs’ Trujillo. Jose’s time with MCW was brief, but he was part of our locker room and part of our family.”
Details surrounding the circumstances of Trujillo’s death have not been disclosed by the promotion or in the reporting on his passing.
Trujillo’s death was reported alongside that of veteran Mexican luchador Babe Face, born Jose Guadalupe Fuentes Ochoa, who died at age 79 after a professional career that began in 1970, according to Wrestling Headlines. The two deaths were announced separately on the same day.
