WWE superstar Ludwig Kaiser (real name Marcel Barthel) is currently embroiled in a legal situation stemming from an incident back in April which led to him being charged with battery and ahead of a pre-trial conference tomorrow, the version of events from Kaiser's perspective were revealed.
