WWE superstar Piper Niven hasn't wrestled since last August after suffering a neck injury in a match against Charlotte Flair, which was later revealed to be serious enough that it has put her career in jeopardy. Not much has been known since then other than Niven had to undergo an anterior discectomy, which brought her some relief but didn't clear up much about whether she will be able to wrestle again.
