Darby Allin will make the second defense of his AEW TNT Championship against Myron Reed on the September 19 episode of AEW Collision, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced. The show airs live from the Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, West Virginia, one week before AEW All Out.
Allin won the TNT Championship at AEW All In by defeating Kevin Knight. His first defense followed that victory, and Reed’s challenge will mark his second title defense since capturing the belt.
Reed, who competes as part of The Rascalz, earned the opportunity after he and his stablemates picked up a trios win. Fightful and TPWW both noted the win as part of the build toward the title shot.
No further details on the card for the September 19 Collision have been announced beyond the TNT Championship match.
