New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s El Desperado has announced the next edition of his Despe Invitacional, scheduled for November 9, 2026, at Shinkiba 1stRING in Tokyo, according to Fightful.
The event will be distributed through NJPW World, the promotion’s streaming service, giving fans outside Japan the chance to watch the show. Tickets for the Tokyo venue go on sale October 4 at 10:00 a.m. local time, per the announcement shared on the official Despe Invitacional social media account.
The Despe Invitacional has become a recurring project for El Desperado, who puts on the shows independent of New Japan’s main event cards, running them through the Shinkiba 1stRING venue that has become a hub for smaller, specialty wrestling events in Tokyo. No match card or participants have been announced for the November 9 show.
