OZAWA won Pro Wrestling NOAH’s N-1 Victory tournament for the first time on October 4, defeating Kaito Kiyomiya in the final at Tokyo’s Yoyogi National Gymnasium, according to a report from Wrestling Headlines.
The victory earns OZAWA a GHC Heavyweight Championship opportunity against Tetsuya Naito at Ryogoku Kokugikan on October 25, a far bigger prize than what was originally at stake in the tournament itself, per the report.
The win over Kaito Kiyomiya in the final marks a significant tournament triumph for OZAWA, propelling him directly into a main event title match on one of NOAH’s biggest stages at Ryogoku Kokugikan.
