Now. About the noise coming out of Punk’s camp.
“I will get my title back.”
That’s not a defiant message. That’s a script. And it’s a perfectly fine script, honestly — heel Punk stewing, pointing at the gold, promising retribution. That’s the wheel turning the way it’s supposed to turn. I have no BEEF with Punk saying that. He’s right to say it. The problem isn’t the words, it’s what happens next, and whether WWE has the discipline to let Sami breathe before they start moving pieces toward the rematch.

The Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae involvement is the part that interests me most, and it’s the part nobody’s really digging into yet. That’s not window dressing. That’s a thread.
