This year’s Men’s and Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments are approaching their conclusion, with the finals scheduled to take place at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door this Sunday. In the men’s final, Will Ospreay will face Swerve Strickland, while last year’s winner, Mercedes Moné, will compete against Maya World in the women’s final. Interestingly, the matchup between Mercedes Moné and Maya World was not the original plan for the 2026 Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament final.
