The man accused of stalking Liv Morgan back in May of 2025 has been found not guilty by reason of insanity by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. Shawn Chan, who was arrested last year and charged with one count of interstate domestic violence. He had traveled from Canada to Morgan's home before he was apprehended at the WWE Performance Center.
