The Motor City Machine Guns are heading back to the independent scene. Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin have been announced for House of Glory’s Windy City Warfare on Friday, September 25, marking their first independent appearance since 2024, according to Fightful.
The booking was confirmed by House of Glory Wrestling and first reported by Fightful, with 411Mania and POST Wrestling also confirming the appearance. POST Wrestling notes the show takes place in Chicago.
Shelley and Sabin are signed to AEW as the Motor City Machine Guns, one of professional wrestling’s most decorated tag teams. Their return to the indies for a single date represents a rare outside booking for the duo away from their AEW commitments.
