POST Wrestling first reported on Tuesday, September 29, that an unnamed NXT talent had filed a petition for a protection order against Carver, whose real name is Kevin Robertson. The petition reportedly alleges that Robertson stalked and harassed the petitioner following the end of their relationship. The order bars Robertson from contacting or coming within 500 feet of the individual who filed it.
Multiple outlets, including Fightful and WrestleZone, confirmed the filing and its core terms after the initial report surfaced. Ringside News subsequently dug further into the Florida court filing and reported that Carelli, known to WWE audiences as Arianna Grace, is the talent named as the petitioner.
PWMania additionally reported that Carver is subject to an extended temporary order of protection stemming from the same Florida case.
WWE has not publicly commented on Carver’s status with NXT or how the 500-foot restriction might affect his ongoing role on the brand, which shares locker rooms, tapings and events with Grace. Ringside News noted that the situation could present a logistical issue for the company given that both wrestlers are signed to the same NXT roster.
