Backstage News On Reason El Hijo Del Vikingo Was Pulled From His Scheduled WWE NXT Match

Reigning AAA Latin American champion El Hijo Del Vikingo was advertised for last night's WWE NXT show but ended up not competing after a backstage attack angle involving Keanu Carver with NXT GM Robert Stone than revealing that Vikingo was not medically cleared to compete. PWInsiderElite.com is reporting that while the injury on camera was for storyline purpoes, Vikingo did indeed suffer some sort of injury while going through preparations earlier in the day for his scheduled match against EK Prosper.
