TNA Slammiversary 2026: WAW Clash Card

TNA World Championship: Mike Santana (c) vs. Nic Nemeth

Nemeth’s been sharp and hungry, and Santana’s reign—while solid—hasn’t felt like a generational statement yet. This is the kind of mid-tier defense that either cements Santana as a legitimate top guy or exposes him. Nemeth’s athleticism and psychology give him real angles here.

WAW Pick: Mike Santana — He retains, but Nemeth takes him to the limit and earns a rematch clause. This title needs credible challengers, not vanquished ones.

TNA X Division Championship – Ultimate X: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Leon Slater vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Mr. [Fourth Competitor]

The return of Ultimate X signals TNA’s commitment to spectacle, and Cedric’s reign has been workmanlike—which means he’s ripe for an upset. Slater’s young and explosive, Kazarian’s a crafty veteran, and someone’s climbing that structure today.

WAW Pick: Leon Slater — He’s the future; today he seizes it. The upset happens, and TNA has a hungry new X Division champion.

TNA Knockouts World Championship: Lei Ying Lee (c) vs. Xia Brookside

Brookside’s been firing back at the “nepo baby” chatter with legitimate fire, and she’s earned this shot through years of grind. Lee’s been a solid champion, but Brookside has the momentum and the narrative on her side.

WAW Pick: Xia Brookside — She wins clean and silences the critics in one shot. This is her coronation moment.
