TNA Impact aired October 1, 2026, from the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas, roughly ten days out from Bound For Glory, with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. The show built toward the pay-per-view with a Knockouts angle, a chaotic Moose vs. AJ Francis main event, and an X-Division title qualifier.

Indi Hartwell defeated Zoey Serrano by disqualification, according to results compiled by TPWW via Jeff Moss of F4WOnline.com. Diva Dirt reported that after the match, Serrano and Xia Brookside took Hartwell out, continuing the hostility between the two camps. Hartwell is set to challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Championship at Bound For Glory, while Serrano has been pursuing her own path toward a title opportunity, per Diva Dirt.
Moose vs. AJ Francis Disrupted By Dude Wipes Mascot
Moose and AJ Francis met in a singles match that was affected by outside interference, as the Dude Wipes mascot, Deuce, got involved during the bout, according to Fightful. The appearance follows a backstage segment earlier in the show in which Francis and Expressions confronted Deuce, building on the storyline TNA launched with its Dude Wipes partnership back in August, when the promotion announced the mascot would be worked into television angles.
