The incident occurred in Millvale, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, per Ringside News and TPWW. Williams had teamed with The Blade against TME (Duke Davis and Ganon Jones Jr.) for the Enjoy Tag Team Championship, according to TPWW.
The remainder of the show was canceled following the medical emergency, Fightful reported.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed the report, and according to those in attendance, paramedics performed chest compressions and used a defibrillator on Williams, per Fightful. He was subsequently taken away by ambulance, Fightful and F4W Online reported.
Enjoy Wrestling issued a statement on X after the event confirming the seriousness of the situation and stating that its medical team responded immediately, according to Ringside News.
TPWW reported that Williams was rushed to the hospital after suffering the medical emergency during the show.
