The 2026 WWE Money in the Bank ladder match fields are complete after Kevin Owens and Tiffany Stratton won their respective qualifying matches on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.
Owens defeated Johnny Gargano and Cody Rhodes in a Triple Threat match to claim the final spot in the men’s ladder match, according to Wrestling Inc. The outcome was influenced by Randy Orton, whose interference factored into the finish, per the same report.
On the women’s side, Tiffany Stratton defeated Candice LeRae and Tatum Paxley in a Triple Threat match to take the last remaining spot in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, Diva Dirt and Wrestling Inc both reported. Diva Dirt described a dramatic finish in which LeRae appeared close to victory before Stratton capitalized to secure the win.
With both qualifiers settled, the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches are now fully set heading into the event.
Friday’s SmackDown also featured the in-ring debut of Blake Monroe, as noted by both Diva Dirt and WrestleView, and a segment in which Sami Zayn was confronted, according to WrestleView’s highlights recap. Additionally, Kevin Owens was emotional during a tribute to PAC, the wrestler known outside the ring as Benjamin Satterley, who died on September 27, 2026, at age 40, per eWrestlingNews.
